After a stressful week, I was surprised how effective the no-frills design turned out to be — it's stripped down to just what matters for relaxation, and that simplicity is a real win for self-care.

I was worried it'd feel bulky, but it's actually pretty compact and easy to tuck into my gym bag. The no-frills design means there's nothing to figure out. Been using it most evenings for about two weeks now.

The straightforward design is what won me over — nothing complicated, just a smooth curve that does exactly what it's supposed to. It's become the part of my wind-down routine I actually look forward to.
