Wasn't sure the aluminum would feel sturdy at this length but it holds up with zero flex, even fully extended to 37 inches. The clips on both ends and the middle make swapping between wrist and ankle cuffs quick, and the anodized finish hasn't scratched yet.
The adjustment is smooth and the bar feels solid when extended to the full 37 inches—no wobble at all. I love that the clips in the middle and ends let me switch positions without unhooking everything. Nickel-free hardware was a big plus for my sensitive skin.
