The pH balance is the big win for me—no stinging or irritation even after a long session, which I've had with cheaper brands. The red algae extract keeps it slick without needing to reapply constantly, and being unflavored means no weird taste when things migrate around.
I was worried anything scented would irritate my skin, so the fact that this one is truly unscented and unflavored won me over fast. It's water-based so cleanup is easy, and the 6.8 oz bottle has lasted way longer than I expected.
No sticky residue at all, which is what always ruined water-based ones for me before. The red algae extract seems to keep things comfortable way longer than the cheap stuff. Six-point-eight ounces is a generous bottle too.
