I wasn't sure about the dual-ended design at first, but having the thumping on one side and vibrations on the other means I actually switch depending on my mood. The vibration side is rumbly rather than buzzy, which is exactly what I hoped for.

The thumping end is stronger than I expected and hits a spot plain vibration never does. My only gripe is that the vibration side is a bit buzzy on the higher settings, so I usually stay low. Still, the two-in-one design makes it worth keeping on the nightstand.
