Wasn't sure about the whole "emulates anal play" thing but the tight-loose-tight pattern genuinely surprised me. Turns out the loose stretch is what makes the tighter rings hit so hard on the way through. Takes a minute to get the rhythm but once you do, it's a completely different feeling.

The alternating tight and loose sections really do make a difference — you feel the switch as you move through, which keeps it from getting monotonous like other sleeves I've tried. Cleaning takes a bit of effort because of the ridges, but that's a small trade-off for how good it feels.
